Cookie policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

You can use this website without optional analytics. Cookies and local storage are ways for a service to remember information on your device. This page explains the storage controlled by this website and the external services you can choose to load.

Your analytics choice

PostHog is not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics”. “Reject analytics” leaves it off. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer of any page to change or withdraw your choice. Your decision applies to this browser on this website; another device or browser has its own choice.

Storage used by this website

Analytics preference — necessary to remember your choice

leg-analytics-consent-v1 in local storage holds “accepted” or “rejected”. It remains until you change your choice or clear site storage. It contains no enquiry details.

PostHog — optional analytics

After permission, PostHog uses local storage with keys beginning ph_ and related SDK keys to remember a pseudonymous device identifier, session state and opt-out status. Session state changes as you browse; persistent local storage has no automatic browser expiry. Withdrawing consent asks PostHog to clear its analytics persistence and retains an opt-out preference. Clearing site data in your browser removes stored preferences and identifiers. Analytics events already sent are retained separately, currently for 12 months.

PostHog measures visits, selected interactions and website speed. We do not enable session replay or send enquiry fields to it. It is configured to use local storage rather than an analytics tracking cookie. Our hosting platform may also use essential delivery, authentication or security storage; these controls are managed by the hosting provider rather than the optional analytics buttons.

YouTube videos

We embed videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced players. The players load automatically to show their previews and controls; playback starts when you press play. Loading a player connects your browser to Google and sends connection information, including your IP address and device information. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean there is no data processing.

Google may use cookies or local storage for playback and its services. Names and lifetimes depend on Google, your browser and your Google settings; see Google’s cookie information and privacy policy. The “Analytics preferences” control only manages PostHog, not YouTube. You can manage third-party storage through your browser settings. “Watch on YouTube” opens Google’s service directly.

Customer testimonials

Our selected review excerpts are displayed directly on this website. They do not load Google Maps Platform or set review-related cookies or local storage. The link to read all reviews opens Google’s website.

Browser controls

You can delete cookies and site storage or block them using your browser settings. Deleting this site’s storage also removes the remembered analytics choice, so we will ask again. With JavaScript disabled, optional analytics does not load. Embedded player functionality depends on your browser settings; direct video and contact links remain available.
